Project Manger

Job Description:
We\'re looking for an experienced Project Manager to work with our creative and account teams. You have worked in an agency or within a creative environment before. You also have experience leading teams and coordinating complex, ongoing projects for multiple clients. You have a minimum of 5 years experience - with more considered an asset. You are confident, have marketing or communications expertise, have an eye for design, and feel comfortable working directly with clients on a daily basis. You also appreciate the dynamic of a fast-paced environment and know how to drive both internal teams and clients themselves to hit the deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs
- Identify resources needed and assign tasks to staff
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of client projects
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
- Enforce project standards and quality assurance procedures
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders - clients, staff, and 3rd party vendors
Project Accounting:
- Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis
- Manage project budgets carefully
